These terms cover the use of this website and our communications with you. The work itself is governed by the written estimate and any agreement you sign, which controls if the two ever disagree.
Requesting a consultation
Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract. It asks us to contact you to schedule a visit. Work begins only after you approve a written estimate.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the design and measurements at the time we prepare them. We do not charge to redraw a design. However, the price can change if the design changes. Any revised number appears on a revised estimate.
Text messages and email
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Up Closets of Tulsa about your project, including design and estimate follow-up. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The photographs on this site show work we have completed. They illustrate materials, layouts, and finishes. They are our property and are provided for your reference. Actual results vary with the space, the materials selected, and the final design.
